umpuck

i went in to mazda at my 3k mark to get a FREE oil change. i was gonna take advantage on the free maintenance. when i showed up they mentioned on their plan that they would only do the oil change at 5k miles. i just wanted to see who has used their free maintenance before the 5k mark for an oil change...and is it wise to wait? i've been procrastinating and now it's 4.5k miles :P
so now im gonna just drive it 500 more miles. inputs plz

Well, I found out the issuse with the 8 when I took it in at 700 miles for a break in oil change. I wasn't even pissed. I was like free maintainence for 4years plus 500 bucks..sweet...hook me up... I have taken it back at 3k and at 5k for oil even recived a free top off at 2500 when my oil light first came on. ( I drive my 8 hard). I haven't paid a dime to them. They even gave me a fee bottle of 5w20 for the road. So I have nothing but love for my Mazda Dealer. They have hooked me up on every occasion and have treated me and my 8 like gold.

Wow, great dealer, 9-K Rever. They are exceeding their obligations. They will be reimbursed by Mazda for maintenance they do according to the schedule, but oil changes at 3K exceed the scheduled requirement so they will not be reimbursed for that (nor for the quart of oil they gave you.) I urge everyone in the Richmond area to show their appreciation by going to that dealership; it might inspire others to "put the customer first." Which dealership was that?
