performance chip x2

I'm thinking about purchasing this performance chip for my 2006 rx8. It's sold through engineperformancechip.com. Has anyone had experience with this chip? Does anyone know if it will void the engine warranty? The site says that it will increase low-end torque and hp by up to 50. I'm skeptical but I wanted some feedback from other owners. Thanks for any input!

you'll get the same results taking that money, making a neat stack of bills on the floor, dumping a quart of lighter fluid on it, and then dancing around the bon fire naked as you pray to the rotary gods to give you more HP.

Save your money and spend some time reading the forums about what works and what doesn't. You'll also find the dozen or so trusted sites that people go to when looking for parts. We even have a vendor section here. Being a vendor on the boards doesn't make them all great choices, but it's a start. It also allows you to read posts from people who have bought from them.

Look at the tubing, they look incredibly thin walled, heck I would be scared that it is some aluminum composite that would fail under the pressure in the lines lol. Not only that, but the snail looks like it was made in a garage with scrap metal. That being said, i'm in for 1000 bucks and 200hp. I will pwnz uuz awll

I've just finished replacing all my fluids with Bretspeed synthetic.
When I get this Bretspeed performance chip installed ... I will post results!

Bretspeed is the newest line of ultra-fictional performance parts for the RX8.
They also work well with a dark beer and sauerkraut sandwiches.

Bretspeed through the power of orange has been able to unlock new unfounded potential not previously not existing in the RX8.

Bretspeed can improve the performance of your RX8 by at 5% in all base installs and up to 50% with a non-based non install.

Bretspeed performance chips are stack-able dual hyper-threaded binary pulsed quantum structured multiversed chip sets. They can integrate to the ECU via a high speed organic animal coupling adhesive (horse glue).

I'm going to dyno before and after results this weekend.
So STAY TUNED!!!

These chips rock yo

THESE CHIPS ROCK YO

I loaded one into my accord, and it changed like NITE AND DAY

First of all, it's a V4 and not the I-6, so it wasnt the worlds fastest, loading the chip changed it like NITE AND DAY

Now 1st gear cant even be used, you have to grannie start from 2nd and launch from 3rd, cuz that **** IS STRONG YO - IT IS INTENSE

2nd gear is all like: mmmmmmmBRAAWWWHHHHHH (MONSTER WHEELSPIN, TAIL OUT, MMMBRAHHH BRAHHHH BRAHHH, TORQUE STEER - VTEC OH **** THATS FAST

3RD GEAR its like: mmmmmBBRWAHAAH (like 2 secs pulls to 90)

It chirps 6th and its a 5 speed, no joke
