polished or chrome OE brake calipers

instead of buying an expensive big brake kit, i've been thinking of re-doing the stock brakes. pettit racing offers a decent brake package which includes slotted rotors, hawk pads, and stainless steel brake lines. i hate painting calipers, it's a short cut that looks cheap. so i was thinkin' about purchasing some OE calipers (MAZMART????) disassemble them and have a reputable shop either chrome them polish them (is it polishable???) i think it'll look hot!

Chromed or powder coated.

With powder coat you get to choose the color.

that's the thing...i don't want any color. matching it with my blue would look tacky. red is just played out. i'm gettin' gold rims, so i don't want gold calipers. i wish i could see pictures. the GREX big brake kit is the closest thing to what i want...look wise

Do not chrome plate. it will hold in the heat. Polish them, but only if you can find a 900 degree clear coat to use. Polished cast iron will not go very far without a coating.
