possible bad coils

I will check it out first thing tomorrow morning, but I think I may possibly have bad coils.
what other options do I have other than oem coils?
i know there are some upgrades out there, but most of them seem out of my price range. (okada, bhr upgrade)
any suggestions?

p.s.- i already have racingbeat's ultra spark plug wires (not installed yet), which I would like to use.

thanks in advance.

oh and I would highly suggest the BHR coils, they will most likely be that last ones you will ever have to buy.

You can test the coils with a meter.

Use attached pic below:
Measure terminals A (+) B (-), 0 ohm (infinity) is abnormal
Measure terminals B (+) C (-), 0 ohm (infinity) is abnormal
Measure terminals C (+) A (-), 0 to several kilohm (continuity) is abnormal

recently i felt a loss of power and idle fluctuates abnormally during stop and go traffic.
it was never like this before.
considering i got new spark plugs only about 7000 miles ago, after doing some reading here, I'm suspecting that it MAY be the coils.

btw-how much are the bhr coils anyway?

one more thing.
my 8's at around 38000miles, so i'm thinking it's a good time to change them out before i get stranded in middle of the 5 freeway at 3am (which happened with my old integra several years ago. )
