power loss and engine rumble?

engine is not warm enough, the ecu is keeping you from doing something stupid. which is what you are doing by reving a cold, or just warm engine.

this info is available in your owners manual.. please take the time to read it..

If your car is at proper operating temps to go wot, your ports may simply be alittle sticky,too. Less likely, but possible.
