I DISCONNECTED THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL OF THE BATTERY, AND THE PROBLEM WAS ALREADY RESULT.
I BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY TODAY.. BUT THE POWER STEERING PROBLEM WAS BACK!

If the warning light you see is actually the power steering malfunction light and not the DSC warning light, you will have to take it to the Mazda dealer for diagnostics and repair. Even though they may not import the RX-9, they should be able to read the DTC error codes and effect the necessary repairs. If not, contact your regional Mazda company representative and request their assistance in resolving the problem. I assume the car is still under warranty.

If the warning light you see is actually the TCS/DSC light, see the attached page from the US owners manual. After you disconnect the battery, you must re-calibrate the TCS/DSC system using the instructions on this page.
