Price check on EPS CM
So, took my 8 to Mazda today and found out why my powersteering isnt working - the dude who sold it to me took the battery out before winter, and put it back in right before i showed up to buy it. Well, he connected the black non-descript lead to the wrong terminal and FRIED THE CONTROL MODULE!!!!!!!!! part number is F151-67-880D i tried google - nothing i tried searching the forums - nothing i tried ebay - nothing can someone PLEASE point me to a site that lets me search parts by part number and has prices listed? I gotta show the seller how much he owes me thanks in advance

ok, is there a TBS for PS control units? the service mentioned a couple of TBS which werent done on the car, but this wasnt one of em... plus the crossed battery leads frying the control unit makes sense, no? please advise

In two instances I know about where stuff like this was done, it popped the 120A main fuse that is on the side of the fuse box under the hood. Costs $8.00, I think I'd check that first. It tends to take one or two other smaller fuses as well, so then check all others.

thanks for the suggestion, eventhough i think a competent mechanic would check that, which i think this guy was. plus he told me i can buy the part and swap it out myself, where a shady mechanic would probably tell me id have to bring it in for the repair...
