hey i just ordered a python 991 remote stat/keyless entry/alarm system for my '04 standard transmission ( i know all the concerns, but i never use in gear when the car is off, and if i was every parked on a hill i just would use the remote start obviously. aaaanyways.

I heard something about needing some sort of bypass for the rx8 for the remote start to work, something like a small electrical box where you put a spare key inside to trick the car into thinking the key is in the ignition.

I need to know what this is called, and the best place to order one, i found it before but that was a week ago and now i cant find the name of it because it took like an hour to find it searching through searched threads.

Nobody around here will install on a manual so me my buddy and a few beers will have to get it done!



if there is a DIY thread about it, or if anyone knows a good walkthrough that would be helpful.
