Question about plug wires

This might be a dumb question, but I just replaced my spark plug wires and I know the right plug is connected to the right coil but I didn't pay attention to the length of the wires and what length wire connected each plug and coil. Does it make a difference?

As long as the wire has some slack, you'll be fine.
Normally, the longer wires go to the bottom plugs since they are father away.

Ok. It seems like it is flatter at high rpm's and doesn't pull as hard but maybe I'm imagining it. Can't think of any reason why that would be the case, but it seems like it. Definitely runs better at idle and lower rpm's though.
