I used Magnecor wires on my last car. They lasted 140000 miles and were still good when I sold the car. Magnecor is the only brand of wires that I have seen subjected to an unbiased test that proved actual, but very small, performance gain (Grassroots Motorsports in a BMW).

I haven't decided which way to go myself when I need to replace the stock wires. But plug wires are really not a performance item. They either work or they don't.

I just ordered a set of RB wires as well.

and I just changed my coil packs to the newer version. when I took my old one I can see the burn marks .....

It feels like my car pulls harder now, with the new coil.

Lets just see if the wires and new plugs will smooth out the idle like the others said in this thread.

Just ordered the RB plug wires......along with the AP pulley and new coils....

One question... are the wires actually red like in the pic on the site?

I own a set of RB wires. It made the car feel smoother and better top end.

been considering this for a while but yeah they are expensive just for wires. i will go RB when i do get them anyway.

Been running the RB wires for at least 8 months now. No issues and I think it did smooth out my idle just an RCH more, but I never suffered from rough idle anyway.

Probably due to the flash, but they are a little more red than that....wouldn't you agree? They look kinda orange in that pic.

personally i'm all about magnecor. The name just sounds cool, and they're cheaper too.
