It's hard if you have trouble using a car forum to search for simple answers to even simpler questions...
And this should be in the tech garage, not diy

Easy as pie. Remove the side markers, tie 2 straps through the bumper's empty side marker holes, tie the straps to a truck's hitch. Gently feather the truck's gas, and then pin it to the floor.

You only asked about removing..nothing about reinstalling

If you have the gene for fixing things, taking things apart, putting them back together and working with tools (I guess it's called "being handy"), it's easy. If you don't, it's not.

Whenever you ask if something is "easy," if you want an honest answer, make sure their skill level isn't higher than yours.

very easy, remove side markers (1 screw each)
remove bolts where side markers are (1 each)
Remove bolts under the hood at top of bumper (5-8?)
Remove screws that hold the plastic undertray to the bumper, bottom side (6-8)
remove the plastic screws that hold the plastic fender liner to the bumper right by the tire (about 4 each side)

lift from the bottom and pull up and out simultaneously, should come right off.

Oh and disconnect fog wiring if you have them (they just have a plastic plug that connects, no tools needed)

Very detailed instructions, enough said.
