REVi intake and VFAD

Hi,

Have seen a few threads on users removing the VFAD. Does the VFAD sensor and "cylinder can" need to be removed and does the sensor need to be plugged up? I assume it will throw a CEL. See screenshot for a more detailed explanation.

1. I was planning on capping it at the intake part on the top right that is circled red.

2. Was thinking about doing away with the cylinder and capping everything, right?

You can unplug the solenoid, it doesn't cause any CEL

As for capping it, yes u can cap that and leave the rest as is.

Sweet, I'm going to get rid of all that VFAD stuff. I assume it was only to be used with the stock intake to move that shutter under the bumper?
