Rim Question

Would a 7" Width on all 4 rims be too small? Would it make much difference from 8" or 8.5" ?

Thanks

Why do you want to go narrow? Got a good deal on some? I would not do it myself. I am trying to go as wide as possible without having any problems.

if it's for the winter snow. then its fine. but for regular driving, i don't see the reasoning. it just means u can't put as wide a tire on. which also means less grip to the road. of course only means something if you want it to.

Maybe he wants to improve his gas milage with the narrow tires.

Nah for no real reason - it was just some rims I liked that only came with a width of 7" - But yeah, I want more grip, and I never wanted to go narrow at all, I was always wanting to go 8.5" -- Guess Ill just have to rule those out =P

Thanks guys.

I too, have been looking for new rims and every design I like comes only in 7 or 7.5, so I am just waiting to see what the next generation brings.

Good luck. One day you will see a set and say, "Those are the ones".

Oh, search rims on here and look at what people on here have. Also Just Tires (I think) and a couple of others have a website that will show your car with the rims on it.
