the inside stuff is pretty much over now today I assembly the pressure plate, front cover and accessories and port the oe manifold (although there doesnt seem to be much to do when I eyeballed it with the gasket)

I replaced 75% of the nuts and bolt's on mine. I actually have a few more to replace, I'd like to replace the lower bolts and nuts for the shocks.

Exhaust is......well shall we say modified as best as I possibly could. Its hard to see what was done down on the inside of the manifold, its was a pretty ugly 90deg wall. I would much prefer a BHR long tube header :)

assembled new metering lines, attached OMP and sohn. Is my choice of routing ok? it seems to be the best way to do it without creating stress on the lines

dont route them like that--looks like a little tension is on them?
I have found that a good thing to do is to go ahead and put some sealate around the omp seal/mount. In your case , the adaptor/block and the adaptor/omp. That STOPS any possibilty of oil leakage from that site.
