A SATNAV upgrade we should all ask for
The beautiful British countryside is quickly filling with hidden speed cameras to control the likes of us - in an english review of the RX8 I came across this little useful piece of info:
'....Mazda thoughtfully provide an electronic gizmo, which beeped when you approached a speed camera, and flashed the current speed limit on the screen....'
Needless to say, where the UK goes so does (eventually) the USA. Having the locations of cameras and the local speed limit pop up on the screen.... I WANNA!

We're not sure over here if that really is a feature of the satnav or not (no satnav cars have been delivered yet)
But the number of speed cameras here is increasing daily. As the satnav works of a dvd I cannot see how this would be an accurate list.
All our speed camera detectors use a some form of internet connection to maintain the list (e.g. GSM phone data connection). The Mazda Satnav does not have such a feature.
