Shifting has become hard - any advice?

The problem is more or less resolved now. Read the full update here including the answer from my dealer as to why they changed out the clutch.
Shifting is easier now, following a "break in" period. Thanks to DosDog for advising me to chill and see if it got easier. However, I finding going from neutral to first fairly hard at times, and from 1st to 2nd hard, but not as hard as going into 1st. I remember much discussion on difficulty shifting into 1st and 2nd some months ago. I paid no attention at the time cuz I didn't have this problem. Now I need to go back and read old threads to see if its the same thing I"m experiencing. If so I will add to those threads and/or here.
At least I'm back to enjoying my car again.
