Spark Plugs?

Exactly
The first plug I pull was the leading plug on Rotor #2, when I looked at it I thought it was the light (its easier to get the plugs out under the car, dont even need to take front wheel out), I crawl back out to take a closer look .... then I was like wtf ? It look alot worst in person.
I have a question, does Rx8 came with RE7CL or RE6CL ? Cuz both my leading plugs were RE6CL , I put RE7CL back in btw.

The RE6 is a hotter plug and was the specified replacement plug in one of the TSBs when it was apparent to the tech. that the engine was becoming carbon fouled from not revving it high enough during daily driving.

Everyone knows that I rev my car almost everyday so ...
but why did my plugs look like that .... with so little miles on them.
Regular plugs back in for now. Will check it again after 13K miles. if it looks fine then Im gonna change it every 20 K miles, but if it looks like what I got now, I will change the plugs every 10 K miles plus Im going to use Rx7 plugs (at least its cheaper!)

One thing that I suspect, even though I am no expert on the rotary, is that reading plugs used in the rotary(particularly the Renesis) may be different than reading plugs used in a piston engine. On many issues we try to make direct corollaries between the two engine designs but I am not sure those comparisons are helpful. In other words, are we sure those plugs you presented are actually in bad shape? I am beginning to have my doubts. If you aren't comfortable with them you can clean them using a firm toothbrush and carb cleaner. Don't use a metal brush as the iridium tip will be scraped off the plug. Also be careful of the electrode as it is easy to snap the tip off.

Now with the new plugs, I got a respond as soon as I tap the gas pedal. but I only tested it out in my back yard drive way so .....
