squeeky sound at 30k miles
comin from the engine bay kinda sounds like a worn belt maybe..
usually makes the sound when i pull in the garage after work.. or been drivin for a bit.
like a squeek and tick..
oh well, just didnt want to bring it to mazda for something like that.. and have them charge whatever they feel like.

Does it go away when you push in the clutch? Or if you barely put pressure on the clutch? Can you hear it while driving at low speeds, or in an enclosed area like a parking garage?
If you taking it to the dealer look at these TSB's first:

My car always had a loud chatter when the clutch was engaged (not pressed in.) Then around 34k miles, I started hearing a squeak over the chatter noise, so it had to be pretty loud to be audible. Long story short, my dealer hesitantly agreed to replace my throw-out bearing since they were already pulling the engine. The chatter noise went away but the chirp came back after less than 100 miles. It is not as loud, but definitely the same squeaky chirp I was hearing before. I am suspecting it is the clutch cut switch since I didn't have that TSB applied. But my clutch is still 99% better than before, much smoother shifting, and that annoying rattley grinding noise is gone.

If it has any high pitch to it, its most likely due to a dirty clutch release bearing..

There are so many parts... this is just too much for me! I give up!! SOMEBODY MAKE THIS GO AWAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY
You know, Johnny never said it had anything to do with the clutch in the first place... but I also thought mine was a squeaky belt until I pressed in the clutch and it went away. Also, take note of whether it is there all the time, so it can be replicated at the dealer. I wasted my time the first time I took mine in for this.
