when the engine is running i can hear sort of a squeeky sound (think pushing a squeeky cart at walmart or something). i can also hear this squeek when closing my drivers side door as soon as it shuts...anyone know what this can be? i know my next oil change i am going to have the squeeky brakes fixed...can these 2 be related? thanks!!

 

na its an automatic.

 

My 8 has some kind of noise when Idle, it goes away if I put gas, stepping on clutch doesnt help.

Any ideas ?

I had something similar recently. Noticed it about a week ago. Was going to mention it to the dealer when I took it in for oil change but forgot. Oddly enough it went away after the oil change. Haven't heard it since.

 

strange thing happened. havent driven her in about a week but when i drove around today that squeeky sound dissapeared as well as the brake squeel.
