Still have warranty, should I worry about premix?

So my '05 has 67k miles on it. Feels fine to me. I've had it for three months. I've called Mazda, had ownership information transferred to me, and have a letter stating that I still have a warranty for the motor.

My question is, should I worry about using premix? I "believe" it has been making the car feel better, but do I really want it to feel better? I only run a tank of gas through it once every two weeks. So I don't drive alot. I have until next year sometime until the warranty runs out.

Should I just be making friends with my dealer and hoping if something is going to go bad it goes bad before the warranty runs out? Or should I do everything preventative I can and maybe it'll last me to 80 or 100k, which would be a number of years at 6 to 7k miles a year?

thats like saying 'my health insurance runs out at the end of the year ... should I just not take care of my body so that if something happens I can just claim it through insurance'

I would hate to see you neglect care and have the car die on you at 100,001mi

If your that worried just go get a compression test. It's only $100-$200 if you pass.

Why do that to your car? Take care of it and don't abuse it. Don't just wait until your warranty expires on you.
