Strange vibration after accident

Hi all!

I have 06' sinka MT, bone stock.
I had an accident in NYC, and my body shop fixed the car very well, but when I drove my car to home(queens NY to Hasbrouck heights NJ 40min ride) I noticed, strange vibration that shakes the whole car ONLY between 900rpm-1000rpm. I can sometimes hear my exhaust shaking. Very smooth idling at 750-850rpm, and anywhere above 1000rpm is smooth.
At first, I thought it was carbon build up or something, so I seaform it, but no luck.
Also, I cleaned the MAF, and Filter, and reset NVRAM and KAM, but same vibration. Then I checked the oil, and it was almost empty! I think they simply forgot. So, I changed oil as well, but nothing changed.
After searched this forum, I'm thinking it is motor mount. I attached picture when accident occurred. It didn't impact engine directly, but I think battery or other compartment might pushed engine back little.
Any other things I can try?
Thank you for reading long post.

motor mount, would be my first guess.

does the vibration occur while driving and/or idle?

+1 on the motor mounts. Anyway, the damage was on the front and it could be it.

It vibrates both when idling, and driving.

Yes, that's what I was thinking.
Is there ways to find which one is damaged?
I hope it is visible, I'll check tomorrow.

Thank you for your help guys!

It's better to replace all the mounts in one time.

Check and see if the mounts are collapsed, very easy to inspect.
