Synthetic Oil With SOHN Adapter

This mIght be a dumb question, But are you able to run standard synthetic oil in your engine if you have a sohn adapter running rotary premix as well as premixing?

It should be noted that you can also run synthetic oil without a Sohn adapter.

it needs to be a specific rotary synthetic with a lower combustion point.
