Time Mazda says it should take to do a repair

Does anyone have a doc / pdf file that lists how long Mazda claims basic repairs will take? I know they use this to determine how much to reimburse the dealer. I am going to have one replace a fuel pump and wish to confirm that the two hours they claim it will take is correct. I can see this info coming in handy for other repairs owners might need.

Mazda does repairs? Wow, never would have guessed. Last time I took my car to the local dealer they DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO DRIVE IT. Sorry for the caps. Got carried away. Took my wifes MS6 in for a simple power window fix a few months back. It took three trips in two weeks. Mazda will never see my RX8 again.

I know there has to be some good dealers out there. WAY out there. None I've been to in Tennessee. Best of luck.

2 hours sounds reasonable.
Any service of the tank and pump requires that it be emptied first, which can take 20 minutes if its full.
