Tire sensor blinkig
I've been having this problem for a while. After installing a new tire (due to a flat on a freeway , no damage to wheel or anything else) the tire pressure light comes on and blinks. It usually takes 10-20 minutes of driving, but always comes on (blinking).Took the car to the dealer like 4 times during the warranty and nothing. Pressure in tires is 38 all around. Just put new Bridgestone 03 pole position, and the same thing is happening.
Anyone has a idea what the problem is?

your suppose to have the key at the ACC postion for 15 minutes. Then drive it around. See the manual.
I have the same problem now but haven't been able to reset it yet.

Had the same problem, twice. Two different sensors were bad. The first dealer blew it off and said they have to see a hard failure. tried to tell me it was my metal valve stem caps and they weren't going to replace it under warranty. idiots. The second one that went bad I took it to a different dealer. They said "we've never seen them go bad" and tried to blame it on damage from my recent tire install.
Bottom line is they CAN go bad or be damaged and the two dealers I dealt with did not want to replace them under warranty. After a little back and forth they did the right thing and replaced them. Problem solved.
Expect resistance from the dealer as they can be damaged by tire installers fairly easily.

Isn't the stock recommended pressure 32 lbs? They will light up when they're overinflated too I think I read in the manual....maybe you have them filled too high?
