Tokyo AutoShow's Mazda "RX-8 HYDROGEN RE"

Hydrogen Rotary Engine... sorry this is the only picture I found. Also Mazda debuted a

1.8L Turbo Charged Miata Roadster and

Ibuki roadster convertable

. (ugly) Ibuki means "breathing new energy into” and “adding vigor.” Ibuki is the NEXT Generation MX-5 Miata...

comments: the white 8 looks awesome, turbo miata sounds sweet, and that ibuki roadster is fugly (f*cking ugly)

That mazda Ikubi looks so damn sweet, i hope they make it hardtop, as well as optional convertible.

Interesting stuff. Did you realize that this same Hydrogen motor also had an electric supercharger on it? Makes me wonder if we'll see one of these on future non-hydrogen powered '8s...
