" content unavailable" .

If you explained a bit more about how it is tuned and what your setup is you might get some help.

How long has the turbo been installed? Who did the job? Who is tuning it?

Who is tuning it, you or did you buy MM's tuning service with the AP?

Look through the major hp upgrades section and maybe the tuning forum, I'm sure stuff like this has been asked many times before.

Could you give more detail? Like, were there any issues earlier on? Any CEL's? Are there any leaks? Have you tried contacting the place that installed the turbo?

Well i believe the turbo is not the problem i think are my plugs, from what im reading people with turbo are using NGK BUR9EQP (LEADING) NGK RE9BT (TRAILING) or just NGK BUR9EQP in all four,
the only cel i had was the second 02 sensor bcuz i have no cat

Other than "people are using these", what makes you think it's the plugs?

Have you checked for any leaks or dirty sensors?

Can you describe the noise? Have you ensured the plugs/wires are secured? Have you disconnected the battery at all in the last couple days?

Not to bash, but do you have any prior knowledge to turbocharging?

it was a weird noise i cant really describe it but it sounded like something was breaking lol and after that noise i lost power the car slow down i step on the gas and it would go no where didnt wanna damage anything so i stop pushing it and let it shut off then it wouldnt wanna turn back on, ok think about it this way it was like it was flooded but to the point where it would turn on and never get unflooded im i making any sense?

Please answer the following:

1 ) Do you see the check engine flashes and at some point you get a P0300/P0301/P0302 ?

2) Is the RX-8 shaking a lot at idle ? Actually you can make it idle if you crank it in the morning when the car will be cold.

3) It revs very slowly and it feels like the throttle response is very slow?

4) do you have a boost controller so that you are able to see the vaccum at idle? If yes , what is your reading ?

Bolt on greddy kit, no boost controller, no reputable tuner, first time turbo, engine possibly has 93k miles.....perfect recipe for a rotary disaster.

If everything is set up right then it just looks like your tuner is an idiot.

Either you have lost an ignition coil or your engine is blown. Just remove the ignition coil connector clips of the second rotor and try to crank the engine. If it will start then do again the same action but this time remove the first rotor ignition coil’s connector. If it will never start then the problem resides in the second rotor ignition coils or spark plugs or plugs wires. If ignition coils/spark plugs/plugs are ok (replace first the ignition coils) the engine is blown.
