weird AC situation
So today I get home and get out of the car and I realize that the car is dripping water out the bottom, at the time it seemed like I had blown a gasket in one of the rotor housings.
I took it in to the dealership and we confirmed that it wasn't coolant, it was just plain water, plain room temperature water. However... I haven't turned on my AC in about 2 weeks and this thing is pissing a puddle the size of a dinner plate before it lets up. After figuring out that my engine wasn't completely f@cked up I turned on the AC and it runs perfectly.
Further snooping around in the engine bay found that the AC compressor was cycling on and off at about 30 second intervals. The fan is off, the AC is off, but the system still seems to be trying to run and is putting out the trademark water under the car, anyone experienced this before? I searched but the only think I found was related to the AC not blowing cold enough (not my problem)
