Well, uhm. We run 1.5 Quarts Redline MT-90 and .5 Quarts Redline ATF.
But really it doesn't matter what you put in them. They are crap anyway. We haven't found any increase in longevity from using any of the various fluids / mixtures we have used.
Keep in mind though, that our trannies go through hell.
