Where can I find this clip? Dealer only sells the whole connector

Where can I find this clip? Dealer only sells the whole connector
I have managed to loose one the clip that holds the oil cooler lines together.
You can see it in this picture

anyone knows where I could get the clip only? Or if I could use something else?
