Hiroshima Japan??? Is that what he is looking for. I think all major Mazda distributor will have all the spare they need in regular basis. They are practically build an RX-8 with the part that they have got.... well only thing they need is the engine and the computer (with all marked individually at Hiroshima)

if you are in the USA then typically it's shipped from one of several distribution centers, just depends which one has the part and/or is closer to your location, if none of them have the part then you'll be waiting on the slow boat from Japan

edit: found the ist on the MNAO website, only three now, there used to be more, I guess they consolidated to cut costs
