I put some in a couple thousand miles ago. More a an insurance policy sort of thing since rotarys hot. Dont expect to see your temp gauge drop by half or anything. For $10 it can only help.

I think they are talking about introducing water into the intake through a vaccuum hose while the engine is running. Someone had mentioned it on this site a couple of years back, iirc. As the water turns to steam it's supposed to purge carbon from the combustion chamber.

I think this is in regard to the dust that collects on the vehicle's body panels, and by applying an amount of water treatment, the dirt can be more effectively removed in some situations.
I have noticed the vehicle usually looks "cleaner" and more "shiny" right after I have completed a water treatment. But the effect does not last long, not more than a day in my experience. Also I do not know if this is totally placebo effect.

i attached a vacuum hose to the top of my throttle body, and the other end into a gallon jug of water. While sitting in the driver's seat, I gave the car about 3500 rpm throttle and slowly unpinched the vacuum hose and let it suck in water. After a half gallon I got tired of it (It was not sucking up water quickly), drove around for a while. After about 2 miles the engine started running normally again. Can't say that I found any improvement, but my engine was running fine before and I use FP4000/FP60 and the LC20 in my engine/fuel.
