hmm i should take mine to the dealer, this happened to me once a while back, when car was stock, just recently put 2 different size tires on the front and now every time i start driving they come on but when i turn off and turn on they go away but as soon as a drive for a min or so they always come on now, thought it may be the tire size but after this thread maybe something more then the tires, i should get it checked asap, but i have my cat off right now because they damn exhaust company i got my exhaust from didn't send me a gasket for the cat to bolt to the exhaust so now i have to wait for the gasket to put the cat back on right now i have the race pipe on, don't want them to report me or say anything about my cat being off like voiding my warranty or anything, btw bumble what was the power loss recall?

^It's the latest one offered....I can't recall the code number...I believe it's a re-flash..it's supposed to help those that feel a lack in power.. I wasn't experiencing it, but I went ahead and did it.... about 3 days later, I get a CEL (go figure).. I still have the CEL..I have an oil change due, so I'll have them check the CEL then...

Of course, now my lights don't come on, so they can't detect the problem unless the lights are on... It was probably because (yesterday) I figured out the problem of the weird noise coming from my rear passenger tire. It was my tire expanding due to the heat. It was causing the tire to swell (thus giving me the noise and causing my car to wobble) I came to realize that could have set the sensors off. Maybe?
Since, I kept my appointment and went anyways.. I got the latest recall done (Lack of Engine Power) and found out I have a coolant leak! Wooo Hoo!
The lights haven't come back on (thank god)!! To be honest with you, I don't feel much difference after the recall....
Thank you again for those that responded...much appreciated..

Thought it was the tire...but I guess not.... It did it again today... They supposedly checked my battery and said "It was fine"... but you never know....
So... anymore thoughts on what this might bee???

All three lights came on mine as well. I just moved to Illinois from Hawaii, so I put snow tires on since my summer tires turned the car into a hockey puck... Well, it's summer now, and every time I speed onto an on-ramp or when I get off the freeway at high speeds through a turn, the lights come on.
I took my car to mazda since all kinds of other problems are not coming up.. like-
- Saggy rear end, looks much lower than it did when I got the car
- coolant light intermittently on and off.
- abs,tc and ebrake light come on when taking hard turns at high speeds
-nasty clunking metal to metal clank noise under the chassis, (I think it's a worn exhaust rubber hanger or something)
Well, they called me and told me that the tires are the cause of the 3 warning lights. Because of the snow tires. Mazda techs looked it up and tried to explain it, but they really couldn't. I figure it's because of the super high grip of the snow tires and the unfamiliar change in wheel speeds between the wheels while taking high speed turns.
Hope this helps.
