Unhappy AEM CAI sucked up water and now car runs rough.

so its been raining a lot and my cai sucked up some water all the way up to the maf. i figured that id let it dry out for a day but yesterday i started it up and it ran pretty rough and super rich. so i decided to take apart the cai and found lots of water in the intake tubes so i dried the tubes up and dried the maf. took it around the block and it still ran like it was running on one rotor and also noticed that the exhaust and front o2 sensor was glowing (probably from running way to rich i could smell a lot of fuel). took apart the intake again and found more water in the tubes around the maf i missed a spot where water collected in a coupling and i guess the air filter wasnt completely dried out yet. so today i took it apart again today and dried everything completely. cranked it up and its still running very rough almost like its running on a single rotor. ahh been giving me a headache. also have CEL, DSC, and the T/C light(the one in the center of the tach) on.
my question is... could the maf be bad causing the engine to run rough? or could the cat be clogged since it was running way to rich?
thanks in advance!

have the CEL pulled.
I would suggest get MAF cleaner to clean it again.

Likely an issue with the MAF. Happened to me years ago with MS intake, ended up frying cat. Dealer replaced cat, MAF, and a couple other items under warranty - I was pretty lucky!

Be sure to take it easy on the car and definitely have the CEL read!
