Power loss and loud Noise

The picture is underneath my car. As you can see the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter are glowing red. This indicates a clogged cat the video link shows how the car is reacting to the clogged cat. The video is taken at full throttle right at 4500rmp you can hear the tone change this indicates the SSV is working. Notice the lack of power and hesitation due to the restriction.

Car is at the dealer and I have a loaner car. Engineers are looking at the car to determine "what’s wrong"

Yes i beleive i have a fried cat, this is my first fried cat. I updated the first thread to explain a little more.
