Battery or power issue, take a look
Well I finally got it running, have the trans in everything is good. New clutch feels a little soft, I'll bleed tomorrow again, but could be the break in, not sure. No engagement issues, shifts great. What do you guys think? Anyway my issue is that I have a ton of lights on in the dash. DSC, ABS, red brake light warning, traction light on. No engine light though. I've only ran it 20-30 mins maybe, hasn't had a battery to it or ran for 6 months. Is battery maybe suspect or do I need to drive it more? And it drives rough, I don't think the power steering is working. Idle drops to 800-600 after stopping and shudders. Its slightly hard to turn it, could be that the prev owner stuck a aftermarket wheel on. The rough driving issue I'm chalking up to the fact one tire in the front is worn to the threads. Could that be it? So new battery and 4 new tires. And throttle body cleaning to fix idle I suppose. Anything you guys can give me would be awesome. I know most of the stuff I've said sounds trollish and probably funny, but don't flame me too bad.

You don't mention much at all of what it was that you were doing to the car, so I don't know the baseline. If you are assuming we read another thread about that stuff, I recommend you bump that thread with this, rather than starting a new one. If there isn't another thread about what all you were doing, then it would help if you gave us more info of what you were doing prior to "having the transmission in".

I never drove it before. I picked it up with 61k mikes on it, with a blown transmission for 2k. It sat for approximately 2 months there, and about 2-3 here until I started it today. Just wanting to know really if it will run rough for awhile, or if there is something wrong. Like the lights and stuff. Normal for a car not ran in a long time?

And the work I did: new act Streetlight fw, exedy OEM clutch and PP, new transmission, new tob, new slave, new pilot, new coils, plugs and wires, new master. I bench bled both cylinders. Battery sat for 6 months with no charge. So I figure it's trash. And wheels are super worn no tread. I'm honestly just a lil worried about the lights and rough ride. Any consolation, or reasons to worry are appreciated!

Thanks.
I just lost a longer post due to a network connection drop. Bah.
Turn the steering wheel full left then full right (or full right and then full left, it doesn't matter as long as both are hit) to clear the DSC light. You already drove it enough for the TCS light. If both remain lit, check all fuses. If all fuses are fine, you may have an ABS system failure on your hands, possibly a wheel speed sensor. The ABS, TCS, and DSC all use the wheel speed sensors. So does the speedometer, but I think the speedometer will still work as long as you have at least 1 wheel speed sensor functioning.
The rough ride sounds like it's the tires, lumpy from sitting so long.
The hard steering is almost certainly due to the weak battery, as the electric assist when stopped is more than the alternator puts out, and makes a demand on the battery for enough current, a weak enough battery will cause the power steering to start cutting out.
A weak battery in theory could also cause all of the lights, so that should be in your to-do list to replace before chasing the lights.

Alright thank you so much. Tomorrow I'll clean out throttle body, and put a new battery in. I'll see if that fixes some stuff. New tires next week, hopefully they will be on some good looking rims too. The parking brake warning light is kind of weird though, right? Red brake light. And yes, parking brake was down lol.
