bearing noise and not from transmission

I started car up today, started ok.. idles ok.. well i went to take off and when i got to about 3k rpm, i was hearing a bearing sound like one has failed, or about to fail. i turned around went back home. If i hold rev at 3k i can hear the sound, and its a steady vibration/bearing sound. If i rev from idle to 5k and let off you hear it when you depress the gas pedal. (i know what my throw out bearing sounds like) its not that.. possible pulley?

Possible i have a bad internal bearing? It was not there last night.. i cant see it happening over night just sitting.. lol

let me guess.. video for help? i can get that just not atm..

2007, 89k miles. new coils/plugs.. within 1k miles.

Any ideas?

I took all the belts off car and the noise is still the same. Its a littler quieter but is there and noticeable. Not the heat shields on exhaust..

Only work I did today on car was Install rr oil filter relocation, and put the middle bracing in on the 6 point gt spec strut tower in. But I have had that 6 point for a while.

Post a video for us to listen to, and don't talk or play the radio while the camera is recording.

i tried several different video clips, NONE of them sound good enough to put up here, there is to much motor/static noise over the sound on the clip. (new phone to)

Any new vibrations? I am afraid may be e shaft bearings? Did you ever have oil leaks? What weight do you use?

No new vibrations, have used 5-20 since day one. No oil leaks, premixed the last 2-3k miles with protek

Have you tried clearing the ESS Profile to see if that changes things somehow?

well.. the SHOP says, using a stethoscope, that the noise is from the bell housing of the transmission. by ear you cant hear the difference in noise when pressing, depressing the clutch. You can only hear the throw out bearing get loud and quiet. he is 99.% that's its not the motor and the clutch /bearings are just old and worn.

car has 89k miles on it, installed a light weight flywheel on around 10-15k miles. Clutch feels ok, but guess parts wear eventually.

so need a clutch kit recommendations? more DD, very mild racing, but still like performance.

He mentioned alternator has very mild bearing noise, water pump is quiet, if it were an internal bearing i would no ASAP. he has never really seen a bearing go with no other route cause. The oil has no metal flakes or residue in it.
