Broken motor mount bolt

I have my engine out for a rebuild, and I have the engine built, and ready to go into the car. Time to face the 1 issue I have been dreading; when pulling the engine, the rear bolt (not the stud, the actual bolt) on the passenger side engine mount broke due to rust (I am replacing my motor mounts). It broke off almost flush, with less than 1mm sticking up. I have tried almost everything I can think of. Welded 4 different nuts to it... every single one broke off. Soaked it overnight in penetrating oil, and then cut a slit in it to take a flathead screwdriver to it. No dice. I would just drill it out, but a normal drill will not fit, and even though I have a right angle drill coming on Monday, a friend was supposed to help me put the engine in on Saturday. I am getting a little desperate with this stupid bolt...

here is a picture... sorry for the terrible quality, only had a very old GoPro clone on hand.

yeah, I drown those bolts in high temp nickel anti-seize, well any and all bolts now actually. Fortunately mine was never run on the street much and never salty streets at all.

that caster alignment bolt next to it isn’t looking so good either

probably the only way to fix that is to drop the subframe and either drill it out and tap it or drill it out oversize and weld a new weld nut in there

on the driver's side, the bolts did not break, so I bathed them in never-seize (really went crazy).

Yea, the whole car is kind of desigentrating from rust... It was undercoated, so the actual frame itself is not that bad, but the subframe, and a few areas in the engine bay are really hurting. You should see some of the rear suspension components... I am surprised the rear jack stand points are still holding... I will drive it until it falls apart.

a right angle drill will work perfectly, but it is coming in on Monday, and I had hoped to get the engine in on Saturday... oh well...
