cant get correct ground.
I researched some of the electrical post on here. but couldnt find my issue. I have a 2005 rx8 a/t the engine was rebuilt but i needed to input all the upper parts alternator, new radiatior, airbox all of it..then the wiring it got it all in and it read perfect ground i forgot to reattach these 3 ground points under the manifold an bam out went the 120v main. i bought 4 more of these as i kept gettting fuse blows on it and my neg post would almost weld to the the battery post. any suggestions. be noted: i did get all the lights , evrything working an it if cranked. but i didnt wanna turn it on as i needed to make sure all bolts under where in as a precaution. its when i went back and was tighting all parts that everything went south.

did youhave the battery disconnected while tightening everything , maybe touched metal with a tool ? Check all fuses and do you have your grounds now? . There are 2 under the airbox , 2 on the engine block high up and 1 down low

You have a short to ground somewhere. Pinched wire or something that shouldn't be attached to ground, is. Might want to go back over the last things you touched before this happened.
Which 3 grounding points under which manifold?
Which 3 grounding points under which manifold?

which btw the one larger wire that bolts onto the alternator post inside the half-round cap-cover has to be well tightened or it’s known to burn up wiring and alternator if the engine is run and that connection is not fully tightened. Because the output is computer controlled and a loose connection will cause havoc with the control strategy.

Can't remember which wire... but it was a local guy that had re/re an engine and kept blowing up the main fuse when he hooked up the battery. Might have been one of the power steering wires? It was a decent sized wire though. And i remember thinking it was strange that it looked like a ground but was really a power side wire
