mileage? year? maintenance done?
Could be the fuel pump, the compression, the lack of maintenance (like spark plugs, coils etc ) and so on.
I'm not a fun of "internet diagnosis" but some more infos could help telling you what's the problem.

Check my DIY on how to clean the in-tank filter, it's not as hard as it sounds.
Or see the dealer, this is a frustrating problem because it leaves no CEL tracks.
The fuel pump 'bucket' takes fuel in constantly and recirculates it around the tank, but any crap gets in and cant get out, so builds up on the filter sock. In cruising on a long highway, the crap covers the filter completely. Stopping or aggresive cornering will dislodge some, for a while, until next time. Cleanage is the ONLY long-term fix.

Yipp, all covered under warranty except for the nuts, bolts, gaskets and fluids needed to get the engine in my car...... doesnt make sense and I am fighting it but $500 isnt that bad of a worst case scenario. Apparently, the engine **** the bed pissing oil into the cat, clogging the cat. Now I get both under warranty.
