Car stalled and wont start!
I was just driving along pulled up to a stop sign and the car stalled, I could not get it started. anyone have any ideas? Seemed like it was flooded, is that possible? I just changed the coils, plugs, wires same problem i can get it to start and run but it doesn't idle smoothly!
The car is a 2006 GT M6 144xxx kms
Could it be the engine? I'm lost at this point.
Thanks all

problem happened so i changed the parts, when i first started it up after i changed them it fired up. I shut it off did the 20 pedal stomp restarted and it wouldn't start. It ran for about 2 min engine still cold. Would a clogged cat cause this? When the car originally stalled and I boosted it on the side of the road I drove for about half an hour to get it home.(20-30kms)

People can get idle problems from doing the 20 pedal stomp reset since it resets your fuel trims so you need to drive to get them back, it will take several drive cycles.
When you changed the plugs/coils/wires did you do them 1 at a time to make sure you did not mix up the locations the wires plugged into?

Okay, have you cleaned your ESS?
Might be worth it just to wipe it down..............it's an easy one.
You might have to test the coils, they can go bad or be bad right out of the box unfortunately.
Let's see what else........is the car stock in terms of air intake? Have you cleaned the MAF?
Are you sure it's getting fuel? Just trying to give you ideas.
Is it still not starting? Does it turn over? Is it a manual or Auto?
Actually after reading your first post again..........If it starts but idles roughly and dies off, I would clean the throttle body, MAF and ESS.
ESS just wipe it down. I have a pic to show you where it is if you don't know.
MAF........use MAF cleaner.
Throttle body, use a rag and throttle cleaner.

Thanks for all the replys drove it down to my local Mazda dealership today had them check it out well it has 0 compression on the rear rotor! I do qualify for the engine replacement as long as I can produce past service history. Wish me luck!
