CEL code for small Vacuum Leak

Small Vacuum Leak
I keep getting a CEL for "Small Vacuum Leak (less than .02 inches).
Anyone else get this?
It happens mainly on a restart (like if you're leaving a gas station) once the engine is warm and you get on it. I can't seem to replicate "the problem" with any consistancy, but the car drives fine otherwise. This is more an annoyance concern than an operating issue. But nevertheless, I would like to fix it.
Thoughts? Are there any vacuum lines that are prone to leaking?
I have a 04 6MT with 45K...Mods under the hood are Racing Beat intake scoop (and a stock air box). And yes, I capped the end of the VFAD once I deleted it.
Thanks in advance for your comments

Nobody has any ideas on where to start looking?
LOL that nobody has an opinion...that has got to be an internet first.
Okay, I was hoping for a shortcut, but I guess I will just have to use trial and error...

What number is the code? If it's P0455, search that and you'll find a bunch of posts. Usually the gas cap, but sometimes a more expensive component and one poor soul who accidentally drilled into something while installing speakers.
The vacuum leak codes usually come on as soon as you start the car, after it's sat for a while. The car monitors vacuum while it's sitting, and sets the code if it leaked down too far. If it comes on while you're driving, that's not the expected pattern.

Thanks guys...I will write down the code (and do a search for it) the next time I get it. I've just been clearing it up til now.
I will replace the gas cap as a first step and see if that clears things up.
Thanks again for the advice.
