CEL and engine noise

P2070 and more problems! Please help! (Sound clips of noises)
I was at Walmart 3 days ago. I parked, got out, and noticed I parked like a woman. Not wanting to look like a moron I got back in, cranked up with no problem and moved it (car was warm). But when I was about to turn it off I noticed this unusual chirping or knocking noise and a CEL.
It makes the noise every second so and goes away after I reach 1500 rpm, but I believe that's just because it gets drowned out. Doesn't change according to temp or anything like that. It doesn't go away if I engage the clutch. It's unheard inside but easily audible outside. It's seems to originate around the belts and pulleys. And it is throwing the CEL code P2070. I know this issure has been covered but I havent heard of it causing the next issue - Sometimes when I gently apply the throttle and slowly move up the RPM range I hear this very unusual pouring noise. It sounds like pouring water. I have been hearing this noise for around a moth now and I have had the CEL for 3 days now.
I haven't had anything done to the engine yet. I had all of the fluids checked and changed a week ago. I was running on 89 octane but about 1 1/2 weeks ago I changed to 93 octane. When I changed the tank was 99% empty. I changed the spark plugs, coils, and wires 2 years ago. Not sure how many miles ago that is. I've driven 30 miles since the CEL appeared and nothing has changed except the knocking noise and the pouring noise, they both come and go randomly. And for some reason the engine coolant light will come on periodically upon start, but then go off when the car is turned on for around 30 seconds.
I don't auto x or drift so she's not put through rough activities besides the casual fun days every month or so.
Thanks for any help and if any more information is needed please feel free to ask.
EDIT - The "pouring noise" is from the 181950 problem. I need the coolant restrictor valve. THAT problem is solved.

(Very quiet, I suggest turning up the audio)

Blah if that worked it would only be a bandaid.
Take it apart and fix it.
Depending on the year of the car there is an updated ssv setup.
I'm looking to do this on my car over the winter.

Update - I drove it hard for 20 miles. The noise is gone now. I am losing power between 4 and 5 thousand rpms and after that its back to normal.
I also found out that the oil was over full on the dipstick. I'm definitely thinking carbon build up. Ugh, time to seafoam or take it apart and clean it by hand.

I have updated information on the noises and adressed another issue. I have been driving it hard and the only thing that has changed is the point where the power is being choked. Now Im loosing power until I reach 7k rpm instead of 5k.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Tomorrow Im ordering Seafoam and testing the SSV components.
