BBintake manifold tuning valve stuck open. This is the exact read out of my engine code how do I fix this or look into this? Also I was wondering if someone coming to the weekly Dicks meet in Seattle could bring there oddb code clearing computer. Also I feel no difference in the car driving at all. It bogged a bit then the light came on but no problems since.

You didn't read through that thread I posted did you
It may not be a stuck valve. Could just be the impact switch.
And no, just spraying WD-40 will not work if the valve is truly stuck.
I sprayed almost a half can of carb cleaner right onto the valve (with the UIM removed) and it still wouldn't free it up.

If its not the switch, it could also be the solenoid (sometimes you'll get a separate code for that too).
This is why you need to go through the whole process of elimination to narrow it down.
Here is a DIY video I made for testing the intake valves:

The one you want to test is the SSV.
You can't reach the same point with your finger as I did in the video, so I just use a long screwdriver to move it.
WORST CASE scenario is to remove the valve if it is truly stuck and can't be loosened.
In my experience, even if you do get the valve loosened enough to work, it'll start to stick again later on (more so when the outside temps start to drop).
This video will give you an idea on whats involved with that route:
