Hi all, looking for some suggestions on the source of a noise..

2006, 6MT

I get a clank when I am in reverse and I first step on the brakes. Only in reverse, never in a forward gear. Doesn't have the deepness of a "clunk", more like 2 metal pieces hitting each other.

Any ideas??

edit: also does it sometimes in forward but only at low speeds and if I was just going in reverse. Basically, I notice this most when I'm parking and have to go backwards and forwards....

Any ideas, anyone??

Check to see if the calipers are loose.
