Clutch pedal.... and a few other things

Ok so yesterday i was coming home from work and i began to clean my car to go out that night..

and when i backed up and i wanted to go forward it would not shift out fo gear...
I didnt forcce it out.
but my clutch pedal was literally touching my brake pedal and it seems to be bent/ broken and now the clutch pedal when pushed down and gets stuck and it crackles and pops..

what could be the cause of this? I mean they had just replaced this clutch pedal recently because it squeeled

tow truck is picking her up tomorrow to take her to the dealership.. seriously man Ive gone through alot with this car.. EVERYTHING BREAKS!!! if its not something breaking on it its someone keying it or backing into it..

Well I guess while its in there im gonna talk to my advisor and ask him if they can check out my starter because it takes several cranks to start it up.

also what do you all know about the code that shows the SSV valve is stuck open? I took it in but they said they could not find anything.. I had re set the ECu the day before... but I am feeling loss of power around 5500 RPm and 6000 RPM it would kinda jerk at that point.. now it only does it ONCE IN A BLUE MOON seems to do it when its colder outside..

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Like I said on another thread..there are 2 options to fix the problem Mazsports and BHR's

Don't bother with another dealer installed fix that won't work..unless you like being frustrated
