I push the clutch in and there seems to be about a good 3 inches of softness before it hardens up, Im guessing maybe i need to re bleed, let me know what you think

get down there and check it, does it move side to side? your clutch pedal might be close to snapping on you

side to side seems pretty good, its just the first 2 to three inches of in and out that is soft and i pretty much have to push clutch all the way to the floor to shift, car has 130k on it and every thing in that department is stock

is it kind of like; if you were to place your foot on it and let it go limp resting on the pedal that it would depress like 3 inches before it got to where you actually need to apply pressure? If so mine does the same exact thing not sure if its normal or not ive just always lived with it. Every MT ive ever drove has some sort of give when you first go to apply pressure. But I know exactly what you mean

Yeah that is exactly what I'm feeling but 3 inches feels like a bit much
