I heard this car was going to be tempermental but I had no idea how serious other enthusiasts were. Still love the RX8 all the more, it really is fun to drive.
Anyway it's having some issue.. it needs the turbo rebuilt cuz it's leaking oil onto the intake sensor which gives the car bad readings and theres a leak in the evap system and it also needs a tune up really bad its idle is terrible. some of this work I'm gonna do myself but I am not sure what to do first.
I was thinking a tune up first then the turbo then the evap system???
Any suggestions or answers?

well, the car is only being tempermental because you have modified it with equipment the vehicle was never designed for. (turbo)
take the turbo off, go back to NA and while it's being rebuilt fix the evap and give it a tune up.
make sure to adjust the timing.

On the short list, you should first fix everything.
I'm only half joking. Any one of those issues is going to screw with how your engine behaves quite significantly, and you can't really point to one of them and say "fix this first". It's pretty much a matter of fixing it all first.

I didn't mention that I don't have my own garage. Theres a place up the street that lets you pay to use there tools and being the total newb yet capable young budding enthusiast that I am and did I mention underfunded as well I can only fix one thing at a time and most likely it will take me all day to do one thing smoking out the evap, just getting the turbo out cuz it's is not up by the front of the engine but back, down and to left of it. one more thing the crank sensor is out of place too. That's why I was wondering if it would behoove me to fix one thing before the other. I already got the rebuild kit for the turbo which by the way Im not gonna remove I got a combustion test and my engine has psi to specs even after 54000 and a couple of drags up to roughly 125mph
