hello rx8 club,

my rx8 gave up an ignition coil today, would like to diagnose and replace but i cannot get the stupid harness clip off of the coil pack to remove it from the car.

any insight? where do i push down with my thumb on the clip to remove the harness from the coil pack?

Hey a fellow Winnipegger!!Which coil is it? Using a flat head screwdriver helps... But I've never changed them before...

not sure which coil it is, and you are well aware that it is cold as ***** outside at the moment.

i'm working with a flat head and a new coil, hell maybe i'll post a DIY when i figure it out.

 

haha I do know how cold it is! That's why I've stored mine in a heated container for the winter
