Cold air from vents while turning right at low speeds
So I've got a really specific issue that's not a major problem, but it is annoying. It's also difficult to do a search for this issue on these forums since the search term "cold air" tends to just pull up matches to threads about CAI's.
When I'm making a sharp turn at low speeds (usually 90-degree turns at 5-10 MPH) I feel cold air blowing from my dashboard air vents. This happens regardless of what setting the AC system is at, whether it's set for hot or cold air, but I only *really* notice it in the winter when the air system is set at High heat, Windshield defog mode. I believe it does happen in the summer too, but the air temperature difference isn't as noticeable as it is when it's really cold outside. I live in Michigan so it's really cold right now. I believe the air that blows is just whatever the outside ambient air temperature is, so if it were 70 degrees outside right now I wouldn't notice anything.
It also doesn't seem to matter whether the AC system is set for Windshield only, Windshield/floor, Dash/floor, or just Dash. It also happens even when the Fan setting is set to 0 (off). I only really notice it while turning right, if I turn left I really don't notice anything, same with when I'm going straight at low speeds. It might still happen when turning left, it's just not very noticeable.
Any ideas?

I have this weird issues since I replaced (the job was done in a local shop) whole cooling system (radiator, hoses, pump & t-stat).
In my case it happens if I take right turn fast enough and turn itself is long enough I can feel cold air blowing from the vents.
Any hints of what can be wrong & how to fix it?
