compression

compression in front rotor was zero and in the rear rotor it was maybe 10 psi. could it be something simple or does it need a rebuild? im guessing just a whole rebuild but wanted to see if there were some things i should try first. it sat for about five years if that hasto do with anything. oh, and when i took the 2 leading plugs out for the first time they were able to easily be loosened with just my bare hands, no tools or anything.

Does it run?
Did you just get it from someone else?
They may have done a compression test and just screwed them in by hand after they found out it was dead.

no it doesn’t run, that’s possible, I just bought it Saturday and was aware that it didn’t run.

There's no real remedy for low compression especially when it's 0. Unless the test was done wrong (like taking out both spark plugs), she's very dead.

It's the rotary equivalent of not having any piston rings, that's not fixable from outside the engine.

I would also not recommend rebuilding, buy a known good engine from a known rebuilder. 0 compression probably includes significant damage to housings and irons, meaning nothing from your engine is reusable.
